We are pleased to announce that striker Bradley Stretton has agreed his first professional contract with Coventry City!
The City youngster, who joined the club as an Under-8, has risen through the ranks at the Academy and after impressing in the Under-18s, he has now agreed his first contract.
The striker has agreed a two-year-deal with the Sky Blues and will continue his development this season with the Under-18s as he looks to break into the Under-23s group.
Stretton, who turned 17 in September, impressed supporters earlier this season, when he scored for City in a pre-season friendly against Leamington.
Speaking after signing his first contract, Stretton had this to say:
"I've been here since the age of seven, so to sign my first contract at seventeen, just caps off the last ten years and I'm delighted to sign for the club.
"I always dreamt of this moment and it just makes all the hard work feel worth it when you sign your first professional contract.
"I've been here for ten years and I've supported the club my whole life, so I'm really happy and I just can't wait to keep working and developing."
