The EFL have confirmed that John Brooks will be the man in the middle of the Sky Blues clash with Derby County this weekend.
Mark Robins side will take on Wayne Rooney’s side in Sky Bet Championship action at St Andrew’s, with kick-off scheduled for 3pm.
It will be the third time that Brooks has took charge of a game involving the Sky Blues, with his last outing coming against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough towards the end of 2020.
This year will mark Brooks' 5th season as a referee in the Football League and over that time period he has officiated 5 Sky Blues fixtures.

This season Brooks awarded 75 yellow cards and three red cards across 23 fixtures in the Carabao Cup, FA Cup and Championship.
He will be assisted by Nick Greenhalgh and Akil Howson, while Karl Evans will act as fourth official.
