Coventry City supporters are being urged to complete a UK Sport survey on the return of fans to sporting events.
By filling out the UK Sport 'Return To Major Sports Events' survey, you can give an insight into what it means for you to return to a live sporting event.
The survey also asks how you feel about coming back to live sporting events both in football and across the broader sporting landscape, and about any concerns you have or precautions you would want.
It is hoped that results of the survey will help the EFL make the case to Government for the speediest possible safe return of supporters.
