9 January 2021

Mark Robins makes three changes from last weekend’s win at Millwall as the Sky Blues take on Norwich City in the FA Cup.

Making his first City start since arriving this summer, Julien Dacosta replaces Fankaty Dabo as right wing-back.

Elsewhere, Max Biamou leads the line in attack, in place of the injured Matty Godden.

Ryan Giles also returns to the starting lineup with Sam McCallum ineligible to play against his parent club.

Matty James features on the bench for the first time since his loan move from Leicester, alongside the returning Josh Eccles who is back from his loan spell at Giillingham.

The back three of Dom Hyam, Kyle McFadzean and Leo Ostigard retain their place in front of Ben Wilson’s goal, alongside new wing-back pair Dacosta and Giles.

Mark Robins keeps the same midfield that won at The Den, with Ben Sheaf sitting behind Gus Hamer and Jordan Shipley.

Callum O’Hare will play in the most advanced midfield role behnd Max Biamou who returns up front.

Sky Blues Xl: Ben Wilson (GK), Julien Dacosta, Leo Ostigard, Kyle McFadzean (C), Dom Hyam, Ryan Giles, Ben Sheaf, Jordan Shipley, Gustavo Hamer, Callum O'Hare, Max Biamou.

Subs: Lee Camp (GK), Jordon Thompson, Fankaty Dabo, Jamie Allen, Josh Eccles, Matty James, Gervane Kastaneer, Will Bapaga, Amadou Bakayoko.
