Championship Club Members are being asked to double check and update their address details if necessary, by Midday on Friday 5th February.
With the process to send Membership shirts taking place shortly, (see last week's update here) fans who may have changed postal address since they purchased their Membership are urged to update their details by Midday this Friday.
To do this log-in to your account at eticketing.co.uk/CCFC
Even if you think it’s correct on our system, please check to make sure that it is!
Fans are encouraged to check not only for themselves but also for anyone else in their household, and to ensure that all the supporter numbers/profiles used to purchase the Memberships are the ones updated.
It is the responsibility of supporters, not CCFC, to ensure that their postal address is up to date.
The Club is unable to provide replacement shirts in cases where fans have old addresses on the system, so please ensure you do this to make sure you do not miss out on your shirt!
If you are unable to log-in to your own account to update your details, you can also update them by contacting email@example.com. Please make sure you include your supporter number/s on your email, with your new address.
