NEWS: Coventry City's away game against Cardiff City postponed

20 December 2021

Coventry City can confirm that Boxing Day’s away game against Cardiff City has been postponed.

Cardiff City have informed the EFL this lunchtime that they will be unable to fulfil the fixture as scheduled on Sunday 26th December at the Cardiff City Stadium due to an outbreak of COVID-19 amongst their squad and staff.

Details regarding the re-arranged fixture will be communicated in due course.

Fans who bought a ticket for the match and wish to attend the rearranged fixture should retain their ticket as it will remain valid.

Anyone who wishes to receive a refund should follow the information below:

  • Tickets purchased in person at the Ticket Office at the Coventry Building Society Arena must be returned to the window.
  • Tickets purchased online or over the phone must be brought to the Ticket Office or sent in the post to: CCFC Ticket Office, Coventry Building Society Arena, Judds Lane, Coventry, CV6 6AQ. Recorded delivery is recommended for tickets sent in the post.

Please note that the Ticket Office will not be able to issue any refunds after the fixture has taken place.
