Coventry City can confirm that Saturday’s home game against Stoke City has been postponed.
Stoke City have informed the EFL that they will be unable to fulfil the fixture as scheduled on Saturday 18th December at the Coventry Building Society Arena due to an outbreak of COVID-19 amongst their squad and staff.
Coventry City can confirm that it has no COVID cases currently in its first-team squad and staff at Ryton.
Details regarding the re-arranged fixture will be communicated in due course. Tickets purchased for the Stoke City game will be valid for the re-arranged fixture once this is confirmed.
Coventry City’s next home game is on Wednesday 29th December against Millwall – fans are urged to get their COVID Pass ready for this game in line with the Government’s new measures. Details can be seen here.
The Sky Blues squad will now prepare for our next game, away to Cardiff City on Boxing Day.
