We are delighted to confirm the signing of striker Danny Cashman!
The 20-year-old has agreed a three-year-deal with the Sky Blues following his departure from Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion.
Following the completion of his deal, Cashman will now link-up with League Two side Rochdale on a season-long loan.
The Dale get their League Two season underway tomorrow afternoon against Harrogate Town and Danny will look to play a part, as he sets his eyes on his Football League debut.
Cashman, who spent his youth career rising through the ranks with the Seagulls, featured for their Under-23s over the last two years, proving to be a creative output with 12 goals and 11 assists.
The forward has also made eight appearances in the EFL Trophy Brighton's Under-23s, including scoring against Leyton Orient.
Everyone at Coventry would like to wish Danny all the best in his loan spell with Rochdale and we look forward to welcoming him back next season!
