Coventry City’s Ticket Office at the Coventry Building Society Arena will open from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday exclusively for Season Ticket holders.
This time is exclusively for Season Ticket holders to resolve any issues regarding replacement paper tickets that may have not turned up ahead of Sunday’s game.
There will be no match ticket sales or Season Ticket sales during these times.
All fans are scheduled to receive their paper ticket or season card by Friday, and all paper tickets have been dispatched, though we appreciate pressures on the postal system currently may delay this slightly.
Please do not contact us to chase delivery of tickets prior to visiting the Ticket Office on Saturday or Sunday
Fans with queries regarding their Season Ticket paper ticket are advised to arrive as early as possible on Sunday. The Ticket Office in the South-East corner of the Coventry Building Society Arena will be open on the day of the game from 10:30am until 4:30pm.
Corporate supporters are advised to visit the VIP Collection Desk in Main Atrium from 2pm on Sunday, and are also able to visit the Ticket Office from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday.

“All of the paper tickets have been dispatched to supporters ahead of the game.
“However if fans have not received their ticket by Saturday’s post, we appreciate many would prefer to resolve this before the day of the game.
“Therefore we are opening the Ticket Office from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday exclusively for Season Ticket holders to resolve this and collect their paper ticket if this has not arrived in the post to them.
“This situation has been beyond our control, through uncertainty around COVID restrictions and third party issues, but we are working flat out behind the scenes at the Club to resolve this for our supporters and hopefully make matchday as easy an experience as possible for our fans as we return to Coventry and the Coventry Building Society Arena.”
