Any fans purchasing a new Season Ticket after Midday on Thursday 5th August will need to collect their ticket for Sunday's game against Nottingham Forest.
They will need to collect their ticket for the match from the Ticket Office, which is open during the following hours ahead of the Nottingham Forest game:
Thursday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday: 10:30am - 4:30pm
This is due to postal deadlines for purchases after this cut off, meaning fans are required to collect if they buy after Midday on Thursday.
All other fans who have purchased a Season Ticket are advised of the information published earlier this week regarding dispatch - this can be seen here.
This means that most fans will use a paper ticket for this game instead of a Card, however your access to the game is unaffected.
In the event of any fans not receiving their Card (Corporate) or Paper Ticket (Phase 1/Phase 2/regular Season Ticket) by Sunday’s game, they are advised to visit the Ticket Office in the South-East corner of the Coventry Building Society Arena on the day of the game. Corporate supporters are advised to visit the VIP Collection Desk in Main Atrium.
Please do not contact us to chase delivery of tickets prior to this, as it will only be on the day of the game when any issue can be resolved.
The Ticket Office at the Coventry Building Society Arena will be open from 10:30am on Sunday, while the VIP Collection Desk will open from 2pm.
