Danny Cashman made his first start for Rochdale this weekend, as they took on Scunthorpe United.
Cashman was handed a start from the off, after impressing during his appearance off the bench last week.
The striker played 65 minutes, before being replaced, as the Dale drew 0-0 against the Iron in Sky Bet League Two.
Tom Billson was not involved for Scunthorpe as he continues to recover from an injury he sustained last weekend in the opening weekend of the season.
Elsewhere, Will Bapaga made his first start for Grimsby Town in a pre-season fixture against Chesterfield.
Bapaga played for 83 minutes for the Mariners in their final friendly before the National League gets underway next weekend.
Finally, there was no fixture for Ross County and Jack Burroughs this past weekend, as they are back in action next week.
