29 April 2021

The EFL have confirmed that Keith Stroud will be the man in the middle of the Sky Blues clash with Huddersfield Town.

Mark Robins' side take on Preston in Sky Bet Championship action at the John Smith's Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 3pm in the final away fixture of the 2020/21 season.

It will be the fourth time that Stroud has took charge of a game involving the Sky Blues this season, having already taken charge of City's 1-1 draw's with Swansea and Norwich and City's defeat to Preston North End back in 2020.

This year will mark Keith's 17th season as a referee in the Football League and over that time period he has officiated 16 Sky Blues fixtures.

With Stroud in the middle, City have a record of:

Wins - 3
Draws - 4
Defeats - 9

This season so far, Stroud has awarded 94 yellow cards and two red cards in the 35 games he has officiated across the Championship, League One, League Two, FA Cup and EFL Cup.

Stroud will be assisted by Jonathan Hunt and Sam Lewis whilst Michael Salisbury will act as the fourth official.
