Head of Sky Blues in the Community, Dave Busst presented Meriden lions with an equipment bag courtesy of the PFA, Sports Direct, CCFC and SBitC.
Meriden Lions were chosen for everything that they have been doing to support the community throughout COVID and gifted a fantastic array of sports equipment as a sign of appreciation for all their hard work as a club.
Manager of the Club, Bryn Williams commented: "The team have been collecting lunch items to send to food hubs across the City, collecting eggs over Easter and calendars during Christmas to give out to the children in rest bite homes".
Meriden Lions also recently won the #ThanksKids NHS Award which was nominated by Nurse Nicola for all the great work the whole team had been getting involved in throughout the current pandemic.
