Important information for Championship Club Membership Season Ticket Holders to watch via iFollow on Friday versus Bournemouth is below:
- Season Ticket holders MUST have an iFollow account set up using the SAME e-mail address for their Season Ticket i.e. the one that they use on eticketing.co.uk/CCFC
- To create an account on iFollow, by creating a 'Basic Pass', click here.
- We can only provide access to Season Ticket holders who have an e-mail address which matches an iFollow account e-mail address
- You must create this iFollow account by Midnight on Tuesday 29th September
- Fans who already have an iFollow account and Season Ticket profile with the same e-mail address do not need to do anything else!
- If a Season Ticket holder does not create an iFollow account using their e-mail address before Midnight on Tuesday 29th September, you will not be able to watch Friday's game via iFollow
- Fans who do not have a matching email address have been e-mailed today, though all fans are advised to check their information is correct.

For the purposes of this process, your email address will be shared with the EFL's technical team and will be purged from their system immediately after the match, in line with the EFL Digital Privacy Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: Only a maximum of ONE iFollow video access code can be provided for each e-mail address. Therefore, if two season-ticket holders share an e-mail address, for example, they will receive ONE code/access between the two of them.
This solution is in place due to the game against Bournemouth being shown on Sky Sports.
Redeemable iFollow codes for Championship Club Season Ticket holders will be distributed prior to each eligible home league game going forward - the method detailed above only applies to games shown on Sky Sports.
