Coventry City's Championship Club Season Ticket holders are urged to take steps now to ensure they have access to stream games via iFollow.
Fans must have an iFollow account set up using the same e-mail address as they have for their Season Ticket on eticketing.co.uk/CCFC.
Many fans were able to stream the game on iFollow on Tuesday night - fans that have a matching e-mail address will have access to stream on iFollow.
A small number of fans reported that they could not access the stream - fans that do not have matching emails and have not set this up correctly will not have access to stream matches on iFollow.
Fans must set this up for themselves - Coventry City cannot set this up for fans. If you have done this already successfuly, you do not need to do anything more.
If you did not access the stream on Tuesday, or could not, please follow the steps below:
Firstly
Check your e-mail on eticketing.co.uk/CCFC - do so by logging into your account and viewing your details here.
Secondly
Attempt to log-in to ifollow using the same e-mail address, using this link here
If you cannot log-in using that same e-mail address, you must create a new account using that e-mail address...
Thirdly
To register a new free Basic Pass, just click here. Make sure this is done using the same email address as your Season Ticket!
To watch Saturday's game, and all future home games, you must have done this by Midnight on Thursday 22nd October!
If you have already done this previously - you do not need to do anything else.
If you do not create an iFollow account using the same e-mail address as your Season Ticket then you will not have access to stream games.

Checking Your Account!
If you are planning on watching via iFollow, you can now check your account by logging in, and clicking on the 'Purchased Packages' section.
- Log in to your iFollow account
- Once you are logged in, click on your name in the Sky Blue navigation bar.
- Scroll down the page to where it says 'Purchased Packages' - look along the line to where there is a + sign. Click on the + sign.
- If your account has been provided with access, it will say 'Season Ticket - Coventry City' under the license name, and the status will be 'Active'.
