The Sky Blues fell to defeat against Blackburn Rovers yesterday, after Michael Rose saw red in the opening stages of the game.
The defender was penalized for a foul on Ben Brereton in the area and the referee deemed the challenge a penalty and a red card for the City centre-back.
Adam Armstrong converted from the spot, scoring the first of his two goals, with the other two strikes coming from Harvey Elliott and Sam Gallagher.
