The process to refund tickets purchased for our away games against Lincoln City and Accrington Stanley is being completed this afternoon.
Refunds for both of these games will show in the accounts of fans who purchased via debit/credit card in the next 5 days from today (1st May).
1726 tickets had been sold for the Lincoln game, while over 1200 had been sold for Accrington.
Both games have been postponed and will be rescheduled, and a new date will be confirmed for the game in due course.
With the exceptional circumstances currently, both Clubs confirmed to us that they were happy for fans to be refunded last week, which then enabled us to undertake this process.
Fans who purchased online and by card are being automatically refunded.
Fans who purchased by cash at the Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena will only be able to get a refund from there – due to the Coronavirus lockdown this is closed. Fans will unfortunately not be able to get a refund until this re-opens.
