We understand that a number of fans have not received their refunds for the Lincoln City and Accrington Stanley away games.
Any fan who paid by card (whether in person or remotely) and has not received their refund is asked to contact email@example.com, including your name, address and supporter number.
Each case will be investigated to clarify why the refund has not been received, and the issue resolved as soon as possible.
We are in contact daily with Ticketmaster to resolve this asap. We thank you for your patience, and apologise for the inconvenience.
Any fans who paid by cash are not able to be refunded by Ticketmaster, and as such cannot be refunded until the Ticket Office re-opens. There is currently no date for this, but once confirmed we will let fans know.
