Coventry City and Ticketmaster have remained in dialogue regarding the away ticket refunds issue, and following further work on Friday we have identified that the issue is with the banking merchant, Lloyds Cardnet.
We have confirmed that refunds were issued successfully by Ticketmaster on 1st May, and that the only reason money has not shown in account is due to this merchant issue.
On top of wider delays at this time and following the Bank Holiday, we are very sorry that this has further delayed the refunds being received and can confirm that ticket money (and booking fees) will be received by fans as soon as possible next week. We will take the matter up directly with Cardnet on Monday.
