Coventry City fan Ashley Edwards is next up to choose his best XI.
Lifelong fan Ashley is 22, and attended his first game during the 2004/05 campaign.
"I’ve been a Season Ticket holder at the Sky Blues for many many years my very first game was during the last season at Highfield Road and I was there for the last game at Highfield Road.
"I haven’t been for many years due to playing on a Saturday but never ever stopped loving the Sky Blues even through the bad times.
"Hopefully in the next few years under the management staff we can start getting back to where we were."
Now Ashley talks us through his side...
Manager - Mark Robins
Goalkeeper - Steve Ogrizovic
Was way before my time but most appearances for the sky blues and was in goal when we won the FA Cup in 87
Right-back - Cyrus Christie
He went through the youth academy and had many a good season it’s unfortunate that he’s career has been stopped due to injuries but hopefully he will get back to where he was before.
Left-back - Sam McCallum
Showing great potential during his first 2 seasons and really looking forward to how his career continues to the years to come
Centre-back - Richard Shaw (c)
Strong defensively always in the right position great awareness and quick on his feet
Centre-back - Jordan Willis
Winning Captain at Wembley, strong and very versatile showing he could always play as a full back on the odd occasions
Right-Midfield - Carl Baker
He didn’t look like he was very strong when he first join but during his time at Coventry City he turned into a huge fan favourite and still remains loved by the Coventry city supporters
Left-Midfield - Gary McSheffrey
Showed during his many seasons that he could play on either side of the midfield 4 and could also chip in with a fair few goals
Centre-Midfield - Michael Doyle
Another player who Captain us to a Wembley win but before that he was with us for many many seasons during the good times and the bad, one of the best midfielders we’ve had a Coventry City.
Centre-Midfield - John Fleck
Had the joys of watching him and he was never one to shy away from a tackle, had great awareness and always looked to go forward
Striker - Robbie Keane
He was before my time but seeing some of the games and being able to see what he did during his time at Coventry shows why he become a great player in the Premier League and scored as many goals as he did
Striker - Marc McNulty
He was a huge part of the re build under Mark Robins scoring goals and have a hand in many others he was a fan favourite during his time and will be welcomed back with open arms and hopefully one day we can have in back among the squad and making more memories
