Coventry City returned to training for the first time in four months this morning, as pre-season preparations for the 2020/21 Championship season got underway.
The Sky Blues squad and coaching staff underwent Coronavirus testing last week, with a number other protocols followed closeley to ensure the return to training.
Players sanitised their hands before entering the pitches, while all equipment was cleaned following use. An outside treatment area has also been set up on the pitches too, plus other new measures.
Most of the Sky Blues squad returned to the grass immediately, while others instead worked in the gym, ahead of a new season which is expected to begin on Saturday 29th August or Saturday 12th September.
New signing Julien Dacosta had his first taste of a Sky Blues training session, with the other new addition so far Gustavo Hamer linking up with the squad later in the week.
