£24,000 per annum
Part Time (Minimum of 22.5 hours per week)
The post holder will work alongside the Head of Community to:-
Prepare and present monthly management accounts, prepare and present quarterly management accounts with analysis of actual/budget variances. The post hold will establish effective procedures and processes related to all finance work areas and complete budget plans to assist the Head of Community and Senior Management Team .
The post holder will ensure that all finance procedures are in line with the relevant SBITC financial policies as agreed by Board of Trustees and will ensure the Financial Management of all areas of SBITC including financial stability.
The post holder will be responsible for managing all income and expenditure transactions and processes, ensuring all is recorded correctly on SAGE 50 Accounts. Work with the SMT to ensure clear processes are in place for placing orders and invoicing customers and will be required to provide analysis on an on-going basis of:
- Efficiencies and savings that can be made including minor and major risks to cash flow and management accounts
- Liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth process in preparing annual accounts.
