Ahead of this Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round tie against Birmingham City, Coventry City have issued an updated matchday guide for Sky Blues fans attending the cup clash at St Andrew’s.
This includes key info on tickets, parking, travel, road closures, matchday activities and more. Coventry City have been drawn as the home team, but with the Club’s groundsharing at St Andrew’s this season, there is a unique backdrop to Saturday’s match.
Both sets of supporters have commented on the circumstances of the fixture to us and on social media, and we hope that together fans will embrace the uniqueness of the game and make it a memorable show of unity in football - with an always competitive 90 minutes between the two sides.
Kick-off is at 3pm on Saturday 25th January - road closures will be from 1 HOUR before kick-off.
The match is an ALL-TICKET fixture – tickets are SOLD OUT and there will NOT be any tickets available to buy on the day.

Ticket Collections/Queries on Matchdays
Any Sky Blues fans ticket collections and ticket queries are dealt with at the Ticket Collection Booth – this will be open from 12:30pm and is situated just to the left of the Kop Stand Reception.
Tickets will NOT be available to buy from here.
If you expected your ticket to be delivered and it has not arrived or you have lost your ticket, please also visit the Ticket Collection Booth.
Season Ticket Holders
If Season Ticket holders have ordered a ticket that has not arrived this will be because the ticket has been added to your Season Card e.g. you bought 4, only 3 have arrived – due to the ticket being added to your Season Card.
Any paper ticket you have received will be valid for the seat printed on it. For any missing tickets, access will have been added to the season cards for supporter numbers used in the booking.

Entry to the stadium
Please use the entrance stated on your ticket for the Kop Stand or Tilton Road Stand. Premium Membership holders and Corporate guests need to enter via the Kop Stand Reception.
Kiosks
Additional food and drinks kiosks will be open on Saturday – please note these are cash only, and do not accept card. Free drinking water is available to any supporters at all kiosks on request.
Cash Point
There is NO cash point at St Andrew’s stadium – please ensure you have the money you need before you come to the game. Food/Drink Kiosks and Cash Turnstiles are cash only.
The nearest cash point is located outside B&M at the Retail Park opposite the Kop Stand.
Smoking
St Andrew’s is a no-smoking and no-vaping venue. Smoking areas are provided outside the Kop Stand and outside the Kop Reception for supporters at half-time.
On-site car parking
On-site car parking is sold out. There is no CCFC fan parking on the Main Stand Car Park – seasonal league game passes do not apply.
The Kop Stand Car Park is accessed via Coventry Road/Cattell Road – please note there is no access after 2pm due to matchday road closures around St Andrew’s.
If you arrive after the road closures, you will not be able to park on-site and will not be able to use the Main Stand Car Park as an alternative. Please allow extra time for your journey due to the larger attendance.
Please note – in line with the policy at St Andrew’s, car boots will be checked on entry.

If you purchased a Seasonal space, this game is the first cup game of the season that is not included in your Seasonal Pass. You need to purchase a spaced for this match.
Off-site car parking
There are two main venues for off-site parking, costing just £5 each:
- Century Park Industrial Estate - B9 4NZ. This is a couple of minutes walk from St Andrew's and fans can pay £5 on entry for the car park.
- Birmingham Wheels Park – B8 1AD. This is a short walk from St Andrew’s. Fans will be able to pay on the gate here for £5 on Saturday.

Coach Travel
Coach travel is available from Coventry with official travel partner EST for the game, priced at £7.
Departure on Saturday is:
White Street Coach Park - 12:45pm (was previously 1:15pm)
Arena Park – 12:45pm
Coaches drop off at the Gil Merrick Stand car park at this game – and they will pick up from here after the game too.

Departure times are the time at which the LAST bus will leave the departure point. EST will actually have the buses on-site 45 minutes before these times, and once one is full it will be sent straight away.

Birmingham Moor Street: 1.5 miles
Adderley Park: 1 mile
Bordesley Station: 0.6 miles
Trains ARE running to Bordesley Station on Saturday.

Road Closures
Road Closures will be in place from 2pm for this game – after this time there is no road access at all to the Kop Stand Car Park.
This will be on Coventry Road from the A45 roundabout at Bordesley Circus upto the Morrisons Supermarket/Bowling Green Road. Cattell Road will also be closed directly outside the stadium from Coventry Road up to the junction with Tilton Road which will also be closed.

Family Zone
The Family Zone is open for Coventry City fans from 1:30pm to 2:30pm, in the Kiosk 13 area of the Kop Stand. This will be accessed externally via Entrance Gates 7/8. Fans will then need to exit the area and use the Kop Stand turnstiles to access their seats for the game.
All of the usual activities will be back – plus the Lucky Lollipop Dip and the new Kickmaster Control Trainer will be in use, so you can test your football skills!

Baby Changing Facilities
Baby Changing Facilities are located in the Kop Stand/Gil Merrick Stand corner, within the Disabled Toilet, near to Kiosk 13.
CCFC Club Retail
The Club Shop will be based in an external kiosk outside the Kop Stand near to the corner with the Gil Merrick Stand – this is next to the Family Zone area.
It accepts both cash and card payment.
Happy Abode Bar
The Happy Abode Bar will be open for Coventry City fans only from Midday on Saturday.
Bar 8 will be the on-site bar for Birmingham City fans only.
Searches
Supporters will be subject to searching outside the home and away turnstiles (pat downs and bag searches). Please note the restricted items, shown on the Home Tickets section of our website.
To clarify, bottles/flasks are not allowed (including refillable bottles) – this is the policy for all matches at St Andrew’s and there is no exception.
Please disregard previous policy issued by CCFC last season for games at the Ricoh Arena, which does not apply at St Andrew’s.
Drums
In line with the existing policy at St Andrew’s, drums are not allowed in the stadium.

As it is an FA Cup game, there will be no video coverage either in the UK or Overseas - only audio passes will be available for this fixture via iFollow for £2.50, with live commentary of the game
Corporate Lounges Dress Code
Dress code is smart casual – smart jeans are permitted.
Guests not dressed appropriately may be either refused entry to the corporate areas or asked to leave.
Replica Shirts (from this current season or previous seasons, plus historic retro shirts) are not allowed, nor are caps or ripped jeans.
Running shoes (will accept dark in colour) are not allowed, nor are flip flops. No casual shorts (ie training shorts or jersey shorts) or tracksuits are permitted.
Should any guest wear a replica shirt under any Jacket/coat/jumper etc, gain access to the corporate area and subsequently remove the outer garment, this is also unacceptable and they will be asked to leave . For children under 12 years, the dress code is relaxed.
Half-Time Activity
Teams representing Sky Blues in the Community and Birmingham City Community Trust will be playing on the pitch at half-time.
In the spirit of the day, sides representing each community trust will take part in a small sided game on the pitch at half-time.
Dunchurch Junior School will be representing the Sky Blues, while Lyndon Green School will be representing The Blues.
The teams were chosen having been the winners of each clubs’ EFL Kids Cup competition, which is a national tournament for junior footballers run by the EFL via each club community trust.
Kit
Coventry City will be wearing their home kit – Birmingham City will be wearing their away kit.
Mascots
Coventry City will have their full compliment of 11 mascots for the game, each enjoying the chance to meet the Sky Blues squad and Manager Mark Robins before the match and then warming up on the pitch afterwards.
They will be joined by 1 lucky mascot from Birmingham City enjoy the full mascot experience, while 10 young Birmingham City fans will then join us just ahead of kick-off to walk out with their players too.
