Declan Drysdale started for Solihull Moors, as he got a full 90 minutes under his belt, as well as keeping a clean sheet in his first start.
Solihull drew 0-0 away at Sutton United in the National League, with their next fixture against Barrow tomorrow night.
It was a dissapointing debut for young goalkeeper Cian Tyler, as Barwell suffered a 3-0 defeat at home to Lowestoft Town.
Jordan Ponticelli watched on as Wrexham beat Harrogate Town 2-0 away from home in the National League.
Ponticelli came on in the 84th minute for goalscorer JJ Hooper, as he introduced himself to the Wrexham supporters with a late cameo.
In League Two and Junior Brown played a hand in Scunthorpe United coming away with a point against promotion chasing Crewe Alexandra at Glanford Park.
Brown provided an assist for Kevin Van Veen as the Iron secured a 2-2 draw against Crewe and moved up to 15th.
Finally, in the National League North, there was dissapointment for the lads currently out on loan at Leamington due to a 2-0 defeat away at Spennymoor Town.
Callum Maycock played the full 90 minutes, David Bremang was subbed off after 69 minutes and Dexter Walters remains sidelined through injury.
