Shout is powered by a team of volunteers and clinically trained supervisors who help take people from crisis to calm everyday.
Shout has exchanged millions of message in the USA. The Royal Foundation, who are behind the 'Heads Up' campaign that Coventry City and other football clubs have supported this season, has recently brought the service to the UK.
