NEWS: Coventry City launch new matchday reporting number

25 February 2020

Coventry City are launching a new way for fans to report any incidents on home matchdays.

Any issues of racism, homophobia, discrimination, abusive behaviour or general safety issues can be reported to the Club on matchdays at St Andrew’s using the new phone number 07395 932 164.

Simply begin your message with the Block/Seat location of the incident – followed by details of the incident.

We will treat your message in the strictest confidence.

The phone number will be monitored on home matchdays only.

You can also report any incidents to a steward on the day, or after the game by emailing matchday@ccfc.co.uk

You can also report any incidents of discrimination/abuse using the Kick It Out app.

Coventry City is committed to making sure that our matchdays continue to be a positive and respectful environment for all supporters – who can enjoy their day in safety, free of discrimination or any incidents that may deter from that experience.

The new service will begin from Sunday's game against Sunderland, with the number advertised in the matchday programme and the scoreboard.
