Jordan Ponticelli and Callum Maycock both scored their first goals for their current loan clubs this past weekend.

Ponticelli was making his first start for the Red Dragons and he repaid the faith put in him as in the second half he raced through to put Wrexham 2-1 up against Chesterfield.

However, his loan side were unable to hold onto their lead and ultimately fell to a 3-2 defeat at the Proact Stadium, in a game which Jordon Thompson also completed 90 minutes.

Leamington and Callum Maycock were left dissapointed as they were knocked out of the FA Trophy in the third round against Concord Rangers.

The game headed for extra-time with the scores level at 1-1 and after the hosts took the lead, Maycock stepped up to find a leveller and send the game to penalties and Leamington would lose out in the shoot-out as they exited the competition.

David Bremang was unusued substitute in the game, whilst Dexter Walters missed out through injury.

Elsewhere, Junior Brown is still out with an injury for Scunthorpe United and Declan Drysdale was an unused substitute for Solihull Moors.
