Defender Brandon Mason returned to action for St Mirren this past weekend, as they made it four wins out of five.
Mason had been out over the last few weeks with an ankle injury, but returned to action when he came off of the bench in the 73rd minute away at Motherwell.
A 1-0 win against Motherwell moved Mason's loan side above Hamilton and two points clear of Ross County.
Elsewhere, in League One, Josh Eccles came off the bench for Gillingham in their 2-1 defeat to Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Eccles was introduced into the game in the 82nd minute, but was unable to help rescue a point for the Gills, as they slipped to a narrow defeat.
