The Sky Blues got another 90 minutes in the tank this afternoon, as they were held to a score draw against Wolverhampton Wanderers U23s.
City started the brighter of the two sides and almost took the lead when a one-two between Matty Godden and Jodi Jones, released the striker, but his shot from the edge of the area went wide.
Brandon Mason caused problems down the left and he escaped a challenge and broke through towards goal, but as he got his shot away, the 'keeper was able to make the stop.
However, it was the hosts who took the lead through an attack down the Sky Blues right-hand-side saw Wolves finds space in the area, and the player found the back of the net.
Just before the break, City had a chance to find a leveller when Declan Drysdale headed wide from a Jordan Shipley ball into the box.
After the re-start, it was Shipley who would get City back on level terms as he drilled a shot home from around 25-yards-out.
The midfielder continued to cause the hosts trouble and it was his corner which was met by the head of Jordon Thompson, but the defender headed inches over the bar.
Ben Wilson was then called into action moments later, as he had to get down well to produce a fine stop to deny the Wolves number nine.
City made a host of changes, and it was those who combined to almost put Mark Robins side in front as good work down the left from Hilssner and Giles saw O'Hare create space in the area for a shot, but he dragged the ball wide.
With 10 minutes remaining, the Sky Blues had their best chance for a winner as Amadou Bakayoko latched onto an O'Hare through ball, but he watched as his effort came back off the post.
