Coventry City’s Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena will re-open on 1st September, with new restrictions in place due to Coronavirus.
Until further notice, The Ticket Office will be open on an appointment only basis – fans who do not have an appointment will not be able to access
Supporters will be able to book an appointment at eticketing.co.uk/CCFC under the header 'Match Tickets', with appointments strictly one per person (e.g. not four supporters arriving at one appointment time)
The following precautions will also be in place:
- Supporters will be required to wear a mask in the Ticket Office
- Social distancing will be observed
- Supporters will be required to wait until the previous supporters has exited the Ticket Office before they enter
- Supporters will need to use the hand gel provided on entry
The opening of the Ticket Office will enable sales of the Championship Club Membership to take place – however fans who are able to buy online or over the phone are encouraged to do so to allow those fans who can’t the opportunity to buy at the Ticket Office.
The Ticket Office will also be open to process cash refunds from last season, including from the away games against Accrington Stanley and Lincoln City – this is also strictly by appointment only.

Appointments will be available during the Ticket Office opening hours of 10:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Please be aware that parking charges are now in place at the Butts Park Arena for all visitors.
