Coventry City have been in contact with Lincoln City, following a number of enquiries from fans regarding the game.
Both Clubs are clear that the game has been postponed and will be rescheduled, and a new date will be confirmed for the game in due course.
Tickets purchased for the game already by Sky Blues fans remain valid for the new date, as they usually would for a re-arranged fixture – though it is highly likely that the game would be played behind closed doors.
However we acknowledge that there are unique circumstances of the postponement of games due to the Coronavirus, and Lincoln City have confirmed that they are happy for us to refund fans.
Fans who purchased online and by card will be automatically refunded. This process will be undertaken by Ticketmaster, and we will communicate with fans regarding when this will be completed and when fans will get their money back – this will be done asap.
Fans who purchased by cash at the Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena will only be able to get a refund from there – due to the Coronavirus lockdown this is closed. Fans will unfortunately not be able to get a refund until this re-opens.
