It has been a fun-filled summer at the Sky Blues in the Community football holiday camps!
Throughout each school holiday, Sky Blues in the Community run three football-based Holiday Camps at the Bedworth Oval, Bablake Playing Fields and The Alan Higgs Centre.
FA qualified coaches deliver fun and engaging football drills, challenges and activities designed to improve the skills of both boys and girls of all abilities between the ages of 5 and 11. They are a great way to keep your child fit and active during the holidays!
In addition to this, children play tournaments and matches each day where they get to try out the new skills they have learned and compete in small-sided games against friends and other children within their age group.
Camps also receive various First Team Player visits too. The players enjoy getting involved in the skills, activities and small-sided matches with the children before answering questions and signing autographs.
New this summer, Sky Blues have introduced further activities which are fun and engaging during each camp. Children have thoroughly enjoyed participating in bubble football and foot golf this summer and football darts will be featuring in future camps.
