11 October 2019

Ahead of this Sunday’s SkyBet League One game against Tranmere Rovers (Midday kick-off), Coventry City have issued an updated matchday guide for all fans attending the match.

This includes key info on buying tickets, parking, travel, road closures, matchday activities and more…

We can confirm that we will be wearing the new 2 Tone commemorative Third Kit for the game.

For ticket information, please click here.

Buying Tickets

Tickets will be available to buy on the gate for Sky Blue fans against Tranmere Rovers, with no matchday price increase and no booking fees.

Tickets are the same price whether you buy in advance or on the day, while there is no Premium Zone for match tickets this season nor booking fees to add on. Tickets are just £20 for adults, £15 for concessions and even cheaper for youngsters – full details and prices here.

Cash Turnstiles are in the Kop Stand/Tilton Road Stand corner, and open from 10:30am. As the name suggests - these are cash only.

Tickets purchased here will be for Blocks 17, 18 and 19 in the Kop Stand.

Tranmere Rovers fans can pay on the gate too, at Cash Turnstiles in the Gil Merrick Stand (Cash Only).

Ticket Collections/Queries on Matchdays

Any collections and queries are dealt with at the Ticket Collection Booth – this will be open from 10am, and situated to the left of the Kop Stand Reception.

Tickets will not be available to buy from here – only the Cash Turnstiles at the Kop Stand/Tilton Road corner from 10:30am.

If you bought your tickets anytime after 2pm on Wednesday 9th October, they will be for collection only either in advance of matchday from the Butts Park Ticket Office, or on the day at St Andrew’s from 10am at the Ticket Collection Booth.

If you expected your ticket to be delivered and it has not arrived, please also visit the Ticket Collection Booth.

Season Ticket – barcodes and lost Season Tickets

We have received some correspondence from fans about mis-printing of some barcodes on Season Tickets. Having checked with Ticketmaster, these will scan correctly at the turnstiles and you will be able to enter as normal.

If you would like your Season Ticket re-printed for future games, or have any concerns about your Card, please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk.

If you have any concerns on matchday, please visit the Ticket Collection Booth from 10am onwards.

There will be a £2 charge to print a paper ticket for any lost/forgotten Season Ticket cards.

Match/Season Ticket – not arrived

If your new Season Ticket has not turned up in the post by Friday morning, please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk
