NEWS: Matchday Guide for Wednesday's game against Fleetwood Town

22 October 2019

Ahead of this our Wednesday Night Football match against Fleetwood Town in SkyBet League One, we have issued an updated matchday guide for fans attending the game.

This includes key info on buying tickets, parking, matchday activities and more.

Importantly, the road closures on Wednesday night will be from 45 minutes before kick-off rather than 1 hour, to assist fans making their way to the midweek game – however we do recommend leaving early due to traffic around Birmingham during the rush hour period.

For ticket information, please click here.

Buying Tickets

It’s our Wednesday Night Football offer – tickets are just £15 adults, £10 concessions and £5 under 18s.

Tickets will be available to buy on the gate for Sky Blue fans, with no matchday price increase and no booking fees.

Tickets are the same price whether you buy in advance or on the day, while there is no Premium Zone for match tickets this season nor booking fees to add on. Full details and prices here.

Cash Turnstiles are now in the Kop Stand/Tilton Road Stand corner, and open from 1:30pm. As the name suggests - these are cash only.

Tickets purchased here will be for Blocks 17, 18 and 19 in the Kop Stand.

Fleetwood Town fans can pay on the gate too, at Cash Turnstiles in the Gil Merrick Stand.

Ticket Collections/Queries on Matchdays

Any collections and queries are dealt with at the Ticket Collection Booth – this will be open from 5:30pm on Wednesday, and situated to the left of the Kop Stand Reception.

Tickets will not be available to buy from here – only the Cash Turnstiles at the Kop Stand/Tilton Road corner from 6:30pm.

If you bought your tickets anytime after 2pm on Friday 13th September, they will be for collection only either in advance of matchday from the Butts Park Ticket Office, or on the day at St Andrew’s from 5:30pm at the Ticket Collection Booth.

If you expected your ticket to be delivered and it has not arrived, please also visit the Ticket Collection Booth.

Please note - the Butts Park Ticket Office closes at the earlier time of 2pm on Wednesday.

Season Ticket – barcodes and lost Season Tickets

We have received some correspondence from fans about mis-printing of some barcodes on Season Tickets. Having checked with Ticketmaster, these will scan correctly at the turnstiles and you will be able to enter as normal.

If you would like your Season Ticket re-printed for future games, or have any concerns about your Card, please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk.

If you have any concerns on matchday, please visit the Ticket Collection Booth from 5:30pm onwards.

There will be a £2 charge to print a paper ticket for any lost/forgotten Season Ticket cards.
