FAMILY ZONE: Pre-match activities are back ahead of Accrington Stanley game

31 October 2019

After an enforced break, the Family Zone is back!

An early Sunday start against Tranmere and a midweek match versus Fleetwood meant there was no Family Zone, but the pre-match activities will be back this Saturday when we play Accrington Stanley on Saturday 2nd November (3pm KO), with the Family Zone open from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.

It is our Remembrance fixture, and enamel CCFC/Poppy badges will be available to purchase in the Family Zone for £3, with money going to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

As always there are lots of activities planned pre-match to keep Sky Blues fans young and old busy in the build-up!

There will be a raffle, supporting our volunteer Simon Smith, for the African Adventure Foundation Charity 2020 with SBITC.

Tickets are 25p each or 5 for £1, with plenty of CCFC prizes including Dom Hyam’s signed Play-Off Final match worn boot and an 18/19 shirt donated by Charlie Wakefield.

The Dug Out Draw is back again, this season sponsored by Bedworth and Nuneaton Supporters Club and Class of 87, and giving youngsters the chance to meet their heroes and watch the warm up pitchside. The draw to decide the winner takes place at 2:10pm, so make sure your name is in the hat before then...

Arts and Crafts will be taking place for fans to get creative, while table games available to play include Subbuteo, Connect Four, Jenga and Pool, plus skittles and air hockey games too! The Tuck Shop will also be open.

Sky Blue Sam’s Post Box is available – get your letters to the Sky Blues squad in to us!

Make sure you register when you visit the Family Zone – with badges and rewards as you continue to visit the Zone.

Sky Blue Sam will be visiting at around 1:30pm, plus members of the Sky Blues squad are also set to appear as well around 1:45pm too.

Meanwhile, Junior Sky Blues gifts will also be available but not from the Family Zone. You can collect post-match from the Kop Stand Reception. Please note – stock will be brought over each week, so if your item runs out on Saturday more will be available next time!

The Family Zone will be in the Kiosk 13 area of the Kop Stand - this will be accessed externally via Entrance Gates 7/8 to the left hand side of the Stand as you look at it externally. Fans will then need to exit the area and use the Kop Stand turnstiles to access their seats for the game.

So make sure you join the Family Zone and our fantastic volunteers on Saturday afternoon and join in the fun!
