TICKETS: Sunderland away on General Sale - less than 100 tickets left! - News

There are now less than 100 tickets left for Saturday's away game against Sunderland!

The Sky Blues face The Black Cats at the Stadium of Light on Saturday 23^rd November with a 3pm kick-off.

Supporters will be able to purchase 2 tickets per person. Around 1400 from our allocation of 1496 have now been sold - tickets will not be available to buy on the day, so make sure you buy asap to secure your seat!

SALE DATES/KEY DATES:

General Sale:

Monday 18^th November – 9am online/call centre. 10:30am in person.

End of postal dispatch:

Wednesday 20^th November – 2pm. ALL tickets purchased after this time will be for COLLECTION ONLY.

Off-Sale:

Friday 22nd November – Midday.

Any tickets not collected from the Butts Park Ticket Office will be sent to Sunderland for collection on the day, from the Ticket Office in Black Cat House.

We have been given a full allocation of 1,496 tickets, including 6 wheelchair and PA tickets for the game.

North Stand Upper, Tier 3:

Adult - £20
Over 65 - £17
Under 22 - £12
Under 16 - £7

All Disabled supporters – age relevant price
Person Assistant for Disabled Supporters (if required) – no charge (must be over 18)

Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

HOW TO BUY:

Tickets will be available in advance online, via the call centre, and in person.

The easiest way to purchase your ticket will be online at eticketing.co.uk/ccfc or via the call centre on 0844 453 9134 (Monday – Friday, 8am to 8pm. Saturday/Sunday, 8am to 6pm.)

Tickets will also be available in person from the Ticket Office at the Butts Park Arena – weekdays, 10:30am – 4:30pm.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS:

Wheelchair users and ambulant disabled supporters are charged the age relevant price, with carer free (if a carer is required).

Wheelchair and Ambulant disabled tickets can be purchased in person at the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office, Monday to Friday between 10:30am and 4:30pm, or by calling 02476992335 or 02476992334.

COLLECTIONS, QUERIES AND FEES – AND MISSING TICKETS:

Where ticket collection is chosen, tickets can be collected from the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office until MIDDAY on Friday 22^nd November.

The delivery option will be available until 2pm on Wednesday 20^th November – after this time, all tickets will be collection only.

Uncollected tickets will be available at Sunderland on the day for collection – from the Ticket Office in Black Cat House.

If you have chosen delivery for your ticket and it does not arrive, you must contact the Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena on the morning of Friday 22^nd November – via e-mail on ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk or by calling 024 7699 2335. Queries after this time may not be possible to resolve.

There is a £1 processing fee per away ticket bought via all channels. A £1.50 fee will apply for fulfilment per order (not per ticket) placed online or over the phone for the postage and packaging of your ticket(s).

Please note - away tickets are non-refundable.

Pick up locations are White Street (8am) and the Arena Park service road (8:15am).
