There will be no Family Zone for this Sunday's game Ipswich Town in the Emirates FA Cup.
All fans registered with the Family Zone loyalty scheme will be marked as having attended the Zone on Sunday despite this.
The next Family Zone will take place on Saturday 7th December, when the Sky Blues again face Ipswich Town at St Andrew's - but this time in SkyBet League One, with activities from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
JSB Gifts will also not be available to collect on Sunday, but will be post-match for the league encounter.
