Ahead of this Tuesday night’s Leasing.com Trophy group game against Southampton Under 21s, Coventry City have issued an updated matchday guide for fans attending the game.
This includes key info on buying tickets, parking and more, including the news that road closures do not apply on Tuesday night.

Ticket Collections/Queries on Matchdays
Any collections and queries will be dealt with at the Ticket Collection Booth outside the Kop Stand, from 5:30pm onwards.
Tickets will not be available to buy from here – only the Cash Turnstiles in the Kop Stand on Tuesday night, from 6:30pm.
If you bought your tickets after 2pm on Friday 1st November, they will be for collection either in advance of matchday from the Butts Park Ticket Office, or on the day at St Andrew’s from 5:30pm.
Season Tickets
This game is not included in your Season Ticket – make sure you buy a Match Ticket to attend!
The exception is those affected by the closure of blocks 36 and 37 – you receive a free ticket for this game, which will be automatically uploaded to your card for you.
Entry to the stadium
Match Ticket holders need to use the entrance as stated on your ticket.
Corporate guests need to enter via the Kop Stand Reception – hospitality doors open at 5:30pm.
Buying Tickets
Tickets will be available to buy on the gate for Sky Blue fans, with no matchday price increase and no booking fees, from 6:30pm at the Cash Turnstiles in the Kop Stand.
Tickets are only Adults £10, Concessions £8, Under 16 £3!
Southampton fans can pay on the gate too, at Turnstiles next to Gate 8a in the Kop Stand.
Kiosks
Kiosks 12A and 12B will be open - Concourse kiosks are cash only.
Free drinking water is available at all kiosks.
Cash Point
There is NO cash point at St Andrew’s stadium – please ensure you have the money you require before you come to the game. Kiosks and Cash Turnstiles are cash only.
The nearest cash point is located outside B&M at the Retail Park opposite the Kop Stand.
Smoking
St Andrew’s is a no-smoking and no-vaping venue. Smoking areas are provided outside the Kop Stand and outside the Kop Reception for supporters at half-time.
On-site car parking
On-site parking is sold out for Tuesday’s game.
The Main Stand Car Park can be accessed via Garrison Lane.
The Kop Stand Car Park is accessed via Coventry Road/Cattell Road – there are no road closures for this game.
If you have an on-site car parking Season Ticket, Tuesday’s game is included within your pass – this is the final cup game included.
Please note – in line with the policy at St Andrew’s, car boots will be checked on entry.

Off-site car parking
Off-site car parking is available at Century Park Industrial Estate - B9 4NZ – for £5, pay on arrival.
Birmingham Wheels Park is closed on Tuesday night.

Coach Travel
Coach travel is available with official travel partner EST for the game vs Southampton.
Departure is from White Street Coach Park and the Arena Park service road (next to the Ricoh Arena subway).
Coaches drop off at Tilton Road – and pick up from here after the game too.

Road Closures
There will be NO road closures for the game vs Southampton – this is due to the smaller than usual expected attendance.
Home supporter coaches
Official home supporter coaches are parked on Tilton Road. Home supporter coaches must access this via Garrison Lane, and must have applied for a pass for this area.

Matchday programme PUSB will be available to buy around the ground on Tuesday for £1.50 – it will be a smaller than usual edition, but with an exclusive interview with Sky Blues keeper Will Bapaga.

Family Zone
There will be no Family Zone for the Southampton game – it will be back vs Rochdale on 16th November.
JSB Gifts will NOT be available to collect post-match either.
Baby Changing Facilities
Baby Changing Facilities are located in the Kop Stand/Gil Merrick Stand corner, within the Disabled Toilet, near to Kiosk 13.
Club Retail
The Club Shop will NOT be open at St Andrew’s on Tuesday night.
Happy Abode Bar
The Happy Abode Bar will NOT be open on Tuesday night.
Searches
Supporters will be subject to searching outside the turnstiles (pat downs and bag searches). Please note the restricted items, shown on the Home Tickets section of our website.
To clarify, bottles/flasks are not allowed (including refillable bottles) – this is the policy for all matches at St Andrew’s. Please disregard previous policy issued by CCFC last season for games at the Ricoh Arena.
Drums
In line with the existing policy at St Andrew’s, drums are not allowed in the stadium.

Match Rules
The winner gets 3 points. If there is a draw after 90 minutes, each team will get 1 point, and there will be a penalty shootout – with the winner of that receiving an extra point.
