We are delighted to confirm that defender Sam McCallum has today signed a contract extension with Coventry City.
Sam, who joined the club in the summer, having impressed in the V9 Academy, has put pen to paper on a new deal which will run until the summer of 2022.
The 18 year-old joined the Sky Blues in the Summer Transfer Window and has enjoyed a succesful season at the club.
The defender made his City debut in the Checkatrade Trophy against Cheltenham Town back in November.
McCallum then made three more appearances off the bench in League One, before being handed his full debut against AFC Wimbledon.
Sam has gone on to make seven appearances this season so far, as well as being a key player in the Under 23s.
