Sky Blues midfielder, David Meyler has been named in the Republic of Ireland Provisional Squad for the Euro 2020 qualifiers.
Meyler, who is currently on loan from Championship side Reading, has been named in Mick McCarthy's first Ireland squad.
McCarthy was appointed manager back in November 2018, returning to the position which he last held in 2002.
Ireland will face Gibraltar on Saturday 23rd March and Georgia on Tuesday 26th March as they look to confirm qualification for the European Championships.
David has made 26 appearances for Ireland, after making his international debut against Oman in a 4-1 win at Craven Cottage back in 2012.
