SEASON TICKETS: Q&A guide to buying a Season Ticket

Please see below a guide to how to buy your Season Ticket.

General

When does the 2019/20 Early Bird Season Ticket period end?

This ends at midnight on 10th July 2019.

Can I pay by finance?

Yes you can, with the option of paying in monthly instalments via V12 Finance. This will show as one of your payment options once you reach the online purchasing page.  

What is the saving between getting a Season Ticket versus Match Tickets?

Match Tickets prices will be announced later in the summer, but Season Tickets will be the cheapest way to support your team at all 23 home league games next season. Even if you expect to miss a couple of games, it’s still worth getting a Season Ticket as you will still save money.

Do I need to get a new supporter number?

No, you can you use your existing supporter number from 2018/19, so log-in using your existing details.

 

Purchasing a Season Ticket

How do I purchase a 2019/20 Season Ticket?

You can buy online at eticketing.co.uk/CCFC or by calling 0844 45 39 134 – this phone number takes you through to the dedicated Call Centre. The Call Centre is open 8am to 8pm on weekdays, and from 8am to 6pm on weekends. 

Fans can also buy at the Butts Park Arena during normal office hours, however online or over the phone will be the quickest way to buy and all supporters are encouraged to purchase via these ways.

Can I purchase on a smart phone/tablet online?

Yes you can!

Is there Customer Service contact details for tickets too?

Yes – the number is 0333 321 31 34. This is open 9am to 5pm on weekdays.

There is also an e-mail address – ccfctickets@ticketmaster.co.uk 

If I want to pay via cash or cheque, how do I do this?

This can be processed at the Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena (Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 4:30pm. Tuesdays: Early closure at 4pm) 

Can I buy at the Arena Park Club Shop?

No, we are no longer selling any tickets at the retail outlet.

Where do Disabled Supporters need to go to purchase their Season Tickets?

Disabled Supporters can purchase in-person at the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office. Up to date proof of disability will be required.

If have a query/problem when purchasing – who can I contact?

In the first instance, please call 0333 321 31 34 or email ccfctickets@ticketmaster.co.uk

While we will try to assist on Twitter during office hours where possible, ticket questions are best directed to the Ticketing channels we have.

 

 

Junior Season Tickets and JSB Memberships:

Do you have to get a JSB Membership to receive the Under 16s/Under 13s prices?

Yes you do – the Membership price is £25. If you do not wish to buy a JSB Membership, then the Season Ticket comes under the Young Sky Blue price. 

What other conditions are attached to purchasing a JSB Membership?

Fans purchasing a JSB Membership Season Ticket must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Free JSB Under 13s Season Tickets can be anywhere in the stadium – not just the Family Zone.

When buying a Season Ticket with a Membership, I was not asked to specify the age category of JSB Membership – should I be worried?

No – Members who have purchased in this way will automatically be allocated to the correct category.  

When will JSB Membership packs be sent out?

New look JSB Packs at the start of August. Details are on the JSB section of our website.
After this, packs will be sent out at the start of each month.

Please ensure your details are correct at the time of purchase, otherwise your Membership Pack may not be sent to the correct address – supporters are responsible for making sure we have your correct details. If you do not update your details or they are not correct, your pack may not reach you!

Charges during the Early Bird period:

What service charges apply during the Early Bird period for Season Tickets?

There will be no system service charge online during the Early Bird. If you purchase via the call centre or in person, there is a £0.90 service charge per Season Ticket.
Whether you buy online or over the phone or in person, there will be a £2 processing fee.

What service charges apply during the Early Bird period for JSB Memberships?

Online there is a system service charge of £3.60, while over the phone or in person it is £4.50.

Whether you buy online or over the phone (or in person for Disabled Supporters), there will be a £1.50 processing charge – this covers postage and packaging for your JSB Membership.

Is there an additional charge for purchasing via credit card?

No there isn’t. 

 

Physical Season Tickets

Will we have cards or wallets?

We will again have Season Ticket Cards.

Do we get new Season Ticket cards?

Yes you will

When will we receive the cards?

We expect them to be sent during July to fans, and will let supporters know exact dates nearer the time. All cards will be posted out to be received before the first home game of the season. 

 

Stadium Layout

What pricing zones now apply at St Andrew's?

There is only a Standard Zone area – the Premium Zone has been removed. 

Blocks T20 and T21 will be the Family Zone seating area, with Standard Zone pricing.

JSB Under 13s can receive a free Season Ticket anywhere in the stadium (excluding corporate) when accompanied a paying adult/senior.

Miscellaneous

Can I sign up automatically for cup tickets?

Yes. There is a link on your account profile online. 

How do I link my account with other friends and family?

When online, click your account. On the right hand side of your account homepage you will see the ‘My Network’ option. It is here that you can search for friends and family and link your accounts together – this means you can buy tickets on their behalf. 

Is there a concession rate for students?

Yes - this is part of the Young Adult (18-21) rate, or if aged under 18 it is part of the Young Sky Blue price bracket.

Students older than this also come under the Concession age rate - proof of being a student must be provided to the Ticket Office, so they can only be purchased in person. For queries, email TicketOffice@ccfc.co.uk

Is there a concession rate for Armed Forces personnel?

Yes, these are charged at the Senior / Young Adult rate. These can be purchased at the Butts Park Arena during normal opening hours, and proof will be required. For queries, email TicketOffice@ccfc.co.uk

 

Concession Rates

The Concession rate applies to:

  • Senior Citizens - 60 and over
  • Young Adults – 16 to 21 years old
  • Full Time Students – NUS Card holders in full time education 2019/20
  • Armed Forces – Active Warrant Card holders

The Young Sky Blues price range applies to Under 18s – Under 16s can join the Junior Sky Blues to receive additional ticket discounts.
