Following incredible demand, Coventry City and its retail partner Elite Group can confirm that the 19/20 home shirt is sold out in all adult sizes.
At the time of writing, the home shirt is available in Medium Boys, Large Boys, XL Boys and XXL Boys sizes.
The stock order made by Elite Group was increased significantly following the popularity of last season’s shirt, but now the Sky Blues have sold FOUR times as many home shirts compared to the amount of home shirts sold at this stage last season, as the new bespoke hummel kit proves immensely popular with Sky Blues fans and the wider football world – with praise from fans of other clubs and respected football magazine Four Four Two amongst others, who ranked it the 11th best kit in the world this season.
It is due to this huge and unprecedented demand that home shirts are now sold out, vastly exceeding the initial order.
A new delivery of home shirts is expected to arrive around mid-August, and the Club will let fans know from when they will be able buy their home shirt.
The away shirt is still available in all sizes, except for Adult medium.
A spokesperson for Elite Group, the Club’s retail partner, said: "We are thrilled by the fans reaction to both the home and away shirt designs but obviously disappointed that we can not satisfy the immediate demands for all concerned.
"A second drop of stock is on its way, due to arrive in-store and online in the next few weeks and further subsequent orders have already been placed to cover the remainder of the season. We’d like to thank the fans for their continued support and patience.
