The Coventry City squad were put through their paces again during the Thursday morning session in Spain.
After a warm up, thankfully in the shade provided by pitchside cliffs, the squad focused today on attacking movement and hotly contested finishing drills and competitions.
As always, the session was rounded off by a dip in the pool to make sure the players cool off sufficiently following training.

Coventry City face Northampton Town in Spain on Friday 12th July at the Pinatar Arena, with kick-off at 5pm CET (4pm BST.) Fans will be able to attend the game, with admission £10 adults, £5 under 16s. The match will be played on the main pitch at Pinatar - details of the venue here. Tickets are available to buy at the Main Reception of the Pinatar Arena from 10am onwards on Friday.
