Coventry City had their first training session in Spain on Monday morning.
A 24 man squad, as well as Mark Robins and the Sky Blues staff, landed in Spain on Sunday night and were onto the training pitch 12 hours later.
After a warm up and some passing drills to loosen the legs, high tempo small sided games and drills followed as the Sky Blues preparations step up a gear as the new season looms.
Despite recent warm weather on the continent, it was a session that included bursts of refresking rain while thunder could be heard in the distance. Humidity in the air remained, adding to the intensity of the session.
The Sky Blues will hit the gym this afternoon, before a further training session this evening.
