TICKETS: Latest ticket news ahead of Saturday's trip to Scunthorpe

Tickets now 'collection only'...

Just under 750 have been sold so far for Saturday's away game against Scunthorpe United.

Tickets remain on General Sale up until midday on Friday 4th January 2018, after that tickets will be available to purchase on the day. 

The Sky Blues face The Iron at Glanford Park on Saturday 5th January 2019, with a 3pm kick-off, as they look to make it four wins out of four in League One.

We have a full allocation of 1,300 tickets for the game. All tickets purchased now are for collection only - either in advance from the Butts Park Ticket Office* or on the day at Glanford Park.

Supporters will be able to purchase 4 tickets per person. To guarantee your ticket, make sure you buy in advance - on the day availability (if any) will be confirmed later this week.

 

The Ticket Office is closed on 2nd January.

SALE DATES/KEY DATES:

General Sale:

Friday 21st December – 9am online/call centre. 10:30am in person

End of postal dispatch:

Friday 21st December – 2pm. After this time, all tickets will be for collection only.

Off-Sale:

Friday 4th January – Midday

Any tickets not collected from the Butts Park Ticket Office will be sent to Scunthorpe for collection on the day.

Under 12 – Free (With full paying adult – maximum 2 per adult)

Ambulant disabled tickets are charged at the relevant price category, with carer free.

HOW TO BUY:

Tickets will be available in advance online, via the call centre, and in person.

The easiest way to purchase your ticket will be online at eticketing.co.uk/ccfc or via the call centre on 0844 453 9134 (Monday – Friday, 8am to 8pm. Saturday/Sunday, 8am to 6pm.)

Tickets will also be available in person from the Ticket Office at the Butts Park Arena – weekdays, 10:30am – 4:30pm.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS:

Ambulant/Wheelchair Disabled Supporters are charged at the age relevant price.

Ambulant disabled tickets can be purchased in person at the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office, Monday to Friday between 10:30am and 4:30pm, or by calling 02476992335.

Wheelchair Disabled supporters are required to purchase via the Scunthorpe Ticket Office – 01724 747680

COLLECTIONS, QUERIES AND FEES – AND MISSING TICKETS:

Where ticket collection is chosen, tickets can be collected from the Butts Park Arena Ticket Office until midday on Friday 4th January December.

The delivery option will be available until 2pm on Friday 21st December.

Uncollected tickets will be available at Scunthorpe ticket office on the day for collection.

If you have chosen delivery for your ticket and it does not arrive, please contact the Ticket Office at Butts Park Arena on the morning of Friday 4thJanuary – via e-mail on ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk or by calling 024 7699 2335. Queries after this time may not be possible to resolve.

There is a £1 processing fee per away ticket bought via all channels. A £1.50 fee will apply for fulfilment per order (not per ticket) placed online or over the phone for the postage and packaging of your ticket(s).

Please note - away tickets are non refundable.
