LOAN WATCH: Callum Maycock Helps Macclesfield to Three Points

The midfielder plays his part in Sol Campbell's side to three points...

It was a great weekend for Sol Campbell's Macclesfield Town, as they recorded a 2-0 win away from home against Grimsby Town.

The Silkmen, who continue to claw back the gap between them and safety, were victorious with both goals coming in the first half.

Callum started the game and saw out the whole 90 minutes as he played his part in the centre of midfield.

Elsewhere, it was a dissapointing afternoon for Wrexham and Stuart Beavon, as they were knocked out the FA Trophy.

The Dragons suffered a 1-0 defeat at home to Leyton Orient, in which the striker missed the game.

Finally, Lewis Green and Coleshill Town suffered a 2-1 defeat at home to Kempston Rovers this weekend.

Lewis was brought on as a substitute at half-time, with Coleshill a goal down, however, that was clawed back after just five minutes of the re-start.

Unfortunately for Lewis, the defender couldn't prevent the ball coming off himself and heading into his own goal.
