We are delighted to confirm Matt Godden has agreed to join the Sky Blues for an undisclosed fee.
The striker joins the Sky Blues from fellow League One side Peterborough United on a three-year-deal, subject to EFL approval.
Godden began his career with Scunthorpe United and following several loans, he eventually joined Ebbsfleet United in 2014, where he would go on to score 43 goals in 82 appearances.
The 28-year-old then alerted the interest of League Two side Stevenage and he continued to find the back of the net, scoring 35 goals during his two years.
He then made the move to League One for the 2018/19 season, joining Peterborough for an undisclosed fee.
Godden went on to score 18 goals in all competitions last season, before joining the Sky Blues for the new campaign.
