The EFL have confirmed who will be the match officials against Southend United in the Sky Blues opening game of the season.
Craig Hicks will be the man in the middle of the Sky Blues opening day League One clash against the Shrimpers.
Last season, Hicks officiated in:
16 League Two games
15 League One games
5 Checkatrade Trophy games
3 Emirates FA Cup games
1 Carabao Cup game
Hicks officiated in 40 games during the 2018/19 campaign giving a total of 114 yellow cards and five red cards during the course of the season.
It will be the first time that Hicks has refereed a City game since last season's Checkatrade Trophy fixture against Cheltenham Town at Whaddon Road back in November 2018.
He will be assisted by David Plowright and Craig Taylor, while Richard Morris will act as fourth official.
