There have been questions posed to us on social media and via e-mail by supporters, and the Sky Blues have now put together the information below to help supporters with queries.
It will be updated over the next few days as any new information is required.

Ticket Collections/Queries
Any collections and queries will be dealt with at the Ticket Collection Desk in the Kop Stand Reception, from 12:30pm onwards.
Tickets will not be available to buy from here – only the Cash Turnstiles in the Kop Stand.
If you bought your tickets after 2pm on Wednesday, they will be for collection either in advance of matchday from the Butts Park Ticket Office, or on the day at St Andrew’s as above.
Season Ticket – barcodes and lost Season Tickets
We have received some correspondence from fans about mis-printing of some barcodes on Season Tickets. Having checked with Ticketmaster, these will scan correctly at the turnstiles and you will be able to enter as normal.
If you would like your Season Ticket re-printed for future games, please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk from Monday onwards.
There will be a £2 charge to print a paper ticket for any forgotten Season Ticket cards.
