Ticket Collections/Queries on Matchdays
Any collections and queries are dealt with at the Ticket Collection Booth – this will be open from 12:30pm on matchdays, and situated to the left of the Kop Stand Reception.
Tickets will not be available to buy from here – only the Cash Turnstiles at the Kop Stand/Tilton Road corner from 1:30pm.
If you bought your tickets anytime after 2pm on Wednesday 21st August, they will be for collection either in advance of matchday from the Butts Park Ticket Office, or on the day at St Andrew’s from 12:30pm at the Ticket Collection Booth.
Season Ticket – barcodes and lost Season Tickets
We have received some correspondence from fans about mis-printing of some barcodes on Season Tickets. Having checked with Ticketmaster, these will scan correctly at the turnstiles and you will be able to enter as normal.
If you would like your Season Ticket re-printed for future games, or have any concerns about your Card, please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk.
If you have any concerns on matchday, please visit the Ticket Collection Booth from 12:30pm onwards.
There will be a £2 charge to print a paper ticket for any lost/forgotten Season Ticket cards.

If your new Season Ticket has not turned up in the post by Friday morning, please email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk
